Extended Christmas Returns Period 🎄❄️

We’re spreading the festive cheer with an extended returns period!

Any orders placed between 1st November and 31st December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025—giving you extra time to make sure your gifts are just right.

RETURN POLICY:

At G5 APPAREL, we want you to be delighted whenever you shop with us. Occasionally, though, we know you may wish to return items.

We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact. So feel free to try any fantastic range available with our no quibble, no question returns policy.

You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. You can ship it back via a service of your choice, although we recommend a secure, trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

Please return the item to the below address, wrapped and in resellable condition along with a note of your name, address and that you require a refund of the item price. All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased online, you have to return the unwanted item for a refund and make a new purchase.
